Refund & Replacement Policy

1. No Cash Refunds on Digital Content

All purchases of digital subjects on RoboBuddy13 are final and non-refundable. Once a subject is delivered to your account, we cannot reverse the transaction or issue a monetary refund.

This is consistent with industry-standard digital content policies, including those of Apple Books, Google Play, Amazon Kindle, Udemy, and Coursera.

1.1 High-Value Elite Purchases — Matrix13 (US $1,300 and above)

Matrix13 subjects and Matrix13 bundles are high-value digital orders with additional protections for both parties. At checkout, the buyer must complete a recorded attestation:

• Confirm they are 23 years of age or older;
• Accept that the purchase is strictly non-refundable — all sales are final;
• Acknowledge the 7–13 day quality-controlled delivery window; and
• Sign with their typed full legal name. This attestation is recorded (with timestamp) before any payment is processed.

A per-subject 12-chapter syllabus preview is available before purchase, so every Matrix13 purchase is an informed purchase. After payment, the buyer additionally receives a secure confirmation link, and every $1,300+ release is verified by our AI and by a human director before final release.

1.2 Creator Studio Products (Kits, Cartoons, Pets, Soundtracks, Music Videos)

• All sales final — no cash refunds, same as every digital purchase on the platform (Section 1).
• You always get what you paid for: Creator generations are charged once, server-side. If a generation fails technically and nothing is delivered, it does not consume your purchase or pack credit — you keep it and simply generate again.
• Premium renders are final: the Kids Trailer Kit (US $99) and Create Your Music Video (US $99) are premium one-shot renders — the output is the output; no self-serve redos. Cosmic Pets movies offer optional US $4/clip redos.
• If something is wrong, we fix it in-house: contact support@idreamwithai.com and tell us what's wrong. Our production team will re-make your order in-house — we reuse your order’s existing generated assets, fix the specific problem (a targeted re-render or re-assembly), quality-control the result ourselves, and deliver the corrected version to you. This in-house remake is the exclusive remedy; monetary refunds are not offered.
• 7-day cloud window: generated media (songs, videos) remains downloadable from our cloud for 7 days after creation or release. Your downloaded copies are yours to keep forever — download promptly.

1.3 Subscriptions

• Cancel anytime — access continues through the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds.
• After cancellation you keep the Boss Mode Viewer (document reader + free text-to-speech) and any purchased portals per your plan’s terms. Resubscribing restores full portal access.
• Free-trial offers are not charged during the trial when cancelled before the trial ends, as stated on the offer page.

2. Free Replacement Policy

If you are unsatisfied with a purchased subject, you may request one (1) free replacement subject per account, subject to the following terms:

• The replacement subject will be at the same reading level as the original purchase.
• You keep your original subject — it is not revoked.
• The replacement is sourced from our existing library (709 subjects across 5 levels).
• The replacement costs you $0.00. No additional charges.
• This is a one-time courtesy per account, not per purchase.

3. What Happens After Your Free Replacement

Once your one-time free replacement has been used, any further refund or replacement requests will be denied and may result in a temporary account suspension.

4. Account Suspensions

Repeated refund requests beyond your free replacement allowance will trigger an automatic 3-day (72-hour) account suspension. During a suspension:

• All platform access is blocked — including free content and Chapter 1 previews.
• Your purchased subjects are not deleted or revoked. They remain on your account.
• After the suspension expires, full access is automatically restored. No action needed.
• If you request another refund after a suspension expires, a new 3-day suspension will be applied.

5. Delivery Timeline

Personalized (custom-generated) books are delivered to your RoboBuddy13 Viewer & Communicator App within 7–13 days of your order date.

• You will receive a notification when your book set is ready.
• If there is an unexpected delay, we will notify you with an updated timeline.

Rush delivery options may be introduced in a future update.

6. Subject Pricing

Digital subjects are sold per subject at the price shown at checkout. Current catalog tiers:

• Free Library — 300+ subjects at no cost, no card required.
• Legacy subjects — priced per reading level (Levels 1–5); the exact price is always displayed before you pay.
• Premium (Golden) subjects — priced per reading level; the exact price is always displayed before you pay.
• Matrix-1300 Master Tier — US $1,300, Level 5 only, strictly non-refundable (see Section 1.1).

The authoritative price for every product is the price displayed on our Pricing page and at Stripe checkout at the time of purchase. If this page and the checkout price ever differ, the checkout price governs.

7. Stripe & Payment Disputes

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or credit card company:

• We will provide Stripe with evidence of the transaction, including your account activity, the free Chapter 1 preview availability, and your acceptance of these terms at time of purchase.
• Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination.

8. How to Request a Replacement

1. Navigate to your account settings or contact us at support@idreamwithai.com.
2. Identify the subject you are unhappy with.
3. If this is your first request, you will be prompted to choose a replacement subject at the same level.
4. The replacement is applied instantly. No wait time.

9. Subscription Cancellations

Subscription cancellations (Explorer, Creator, Premium, Cosmic Student) are handled separately from subject refunds:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No prorated refunds are issued for partial months.
• Subjects purchased individually remain accessible even after subscription cancellation.
